Which drinks to put on the menu at an event

In short
There is no limit on the menu: I can make every drink. All coffees and regular tea are standard, and I can offer matcha, chai, mint, ginger and syrup on top. All kinds of milk and decaf are possible and I arrange them myself. Start from your guests and the menu follows.
What is always possible
All coffees and regular tea come as standard. On top of that comes whatever your guests like to drink, without you having to cut a list down beforehand.
| On the menu | Availability |
|---|---|
| All coffees | Standard, from ristretto to latte macchiato. |
| Regular tea | Standard. |
| Matcha and chai | I can offer them on top. |
| Mint and ginger | I can offer them on top. |
| Syrup | I can offer it on top. |
No limit on the menu
I put no limit on the number of drinks. I can make every drink your guests want, so the menu does not have to be smaller than you would like. What does weigh in at a big peak is the number of hands behind the bar. Give the number of guests and the break times and the proposal can address it, for example with a second barista or a second machine.
An example of what your guests can choose
| Drink | Why you choose it |
|---|---|
| Espresso | For those who want coffee without milk. |
| Ristretto or cortado | Smaller and more intense, for the enthusiast. |
| Cappuccino | The classic, with equal parts espresso, milk and foam. |
| Flat white | More coffee flavour, under a thin layer of foam. |
| Caffè latte | Plenty of milk and gentle in taste, with room for latte art. |
| Latte macchiato | Beautiful in a glass, because the espresso is poured slowly through the milk. |
| Chai latte or matcha latte | For guests who do not want coffee. |
The ratios I start from are on the menu card, with ten drinks in cross-section.
Milk and decaf
All kinds of milk and decaf are possible, and I arrange them myself. You do not have to buy anything for it. Mention any wishes in your request and I will include them in the proposal.
The coffee itself
I am SCA certified and regularly work with specialty coffee. If you prefer a roaster or a particular bean, say so in your request. What that means is explained in An SCA certified barista: what it means for your event.
Hot and cold
In warm weather guests often ask for something with ice. Discuss beforehand whether there is ice and who supplies it. In the cold, a good hot drink is the main thing.
